With a competitive streak and a passion for spreadsheets, Lia brings both precision and energy to her role as the firm’s front-line multitasker. Whether she’s managing calendars or greeting clients with a warm smile, she keeps the office running smoother than her famously delicious sourdough starter—affectionately named “Wyllder”.

Lia has spent many years honing her administrative skills across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, land development, and retail. After a 16-year hiatus from office life to raise her two children, she rejoined the professional world in 2024—much to our benefit.

Outside of work, Lia is happiest surrounded by family and friends, preferably around a campfire or on a mountain trail. She loves camping, hiking, and running.
