Natalie Chan

Natalie split her time between Canada and Hong Kong growing up. She completed her law degree in Hong Kong, followed by an LLM at UBC.

Natalie is building a broad civil litigation practice. She began her legal journey in British Columbia at a corporate and securities boutique firm in downtown Vancouver, and decided to heed the call of litigation after a brief secondment at a litigation firm. Prior to joining Allen / McMillan, Natalie worked at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Vancouver, gaining experience in commercial litigation and public law. Natalie is also active in the community, serving as a mentor and volunteer with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC. She has also served on the City of Vancouver’s Civic Assets Naming Committee.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling and trying out the newest restaurant or café in town. She also enjoys walks along any waterfront, and must constantly resist the urge to pet every dog (and on the rare occasion, cat) that she comes across on such walks.

Natalie speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.
