Allen / McMillan was founded by two experienced litigators, Greg Allen and Wes McMillan, with the goal of being a leading litigation boutique at the forefront of innovative and effective legal representation. We are unafraid of new ideas. We don’t care about “the way it’s always been done”. We are advocates, as comfortable on our feet in court as we are negotiating with opposing counsel.
We care passionately about winning, recognizing that the path to victory for our clients is not always the well-worn path of others. This is what sets us apart.
We strive for a paperless office because technology allows a paperless office to operate more efficiently, enables better client service and is easier on the environment.
In addition to our in-house team of tough, capable litigators, we have a stable of contract lawyers ready and able to assist when the demands of a file require it. This allows us to be flexible in our approach and provide clients the most cost-effective service possible.
While court is fun for us, we recognize that for our clients it can be stressful and unpleasant. For many, litigation is a new and unwanted experience. With our practical advice and strong, passionate representation, we provide a path through the trees and a reason to sleep soundly at night.
